grasp was actually buffed and gives ranged 4 health now, which is not that much but as you can perma proc being a ranged champion, you can have enormous quantities of HP late game

I know Pyke doesn't actually get the extra hp, which is why I say that titanic hydra doesn't work. The point is to get the maximum AD, which according to the wiki, is to build tank/Bruiser. I label the build as Tank Pyke because it is tank items.
