People in any lane that do that drove me up a wall when I played. I didn't even play jungle, for that matter. The jungler is not your babysitter: If you can't win the lane for whatever reason then don't expect to be bailed out, expect to play safe and catch up like actually competent players. And 86 cs at 22 minutes with a 3/3/3 score on an ADC isn't catching up, it's catching scraps.
