Will always on charging by solar panel decrease battery life? As battery is always on charge by solar panel. Not getting discharge & recharge cycle.

Hi, Night time the battery get discharge also the camera power saver mode can change to regular mode to drain the battery frequently

Cameras always requires 12volts right, is it ok to use 6 volts solar panel

This is wifi camera USB powered, so 5-6V only. 12v for regular IP camera
