Can you please help me - I have ezviz C6N and i was trying to use sandisk 256gb class 10 memory card and earlier the camera was working over the cloud storage. So when i tried to format the sd card after putting it in camera, it was not getting formatted and the error was "unformatted exception". So i put the memory card in android phone and formatted it but even then it didn't worked as in camera it was asking to format it again and when i try to format, again same " Unformatted exception " error. Can you please help me how to solve this?

আসসালামু আলাইকুম ভাই ভাই আমি একটা সমস্যায় পরছি যদি একটু সাহায্য করতেন ভাই। ভাই আমি কিছুদিন আগে Ezviz c1c একটা ক্যামেরা নিছি এখন হয়েছে কি আমার ক্যামেরাটা প্রথমে আমি একটা ডিভাইস থেকে জিমেইল দিয়ে কানেক্ট করছিলাম পরবর্তীতে ওই মোবাইলটা বিক্রি করে দেওয়ার পরে পাসওয়ার্ড আইডি জিমেইল সব ভুলে গেছি এখন আমার নতুন মোবাইলে অ্যাপসটা ইন্সটল করে সাইন আপ করছি কিন্তু ক্যামেরা একটিভ করতে পারতেছিনা এখন অ্যাপস এর ভিতর কিউআর কোড দিলে এরা বলতেছে এটা অন্য একটা জিমেইল দিয়ে সাইন আপ করা আছে এখন আমি কিভাবে আমার এই মোবাইলে একটি করতে পারি বা আগের সাইনাস যেটা ওটা দূর করতে পারবো যদি একটু বলতেন ভাই আমি এখন অনেক বিপদে আছি এ ক্যামেরাটা নিয়ে। 😭😭😭
