Hi there, I bought this product, DL01S and I need to know if i can open the lock remotely, without Bluetooth and without a camera watching the person infront of the door. Thanks!

Hi there, please make sure the DL01S is connected to the A3 gateway and that the firmware of both the gateway and lock is updated to the latest version, so that you can remotely unlock without the need for Bluetooth and a camera. Many thanks for your supports.
