Thats crazy, I just picked a random Dynmk mix and let it play, after about 15 songs this one came on and it instantly stole all my senses, attention, mind body and spirit, as I watched I couldn't describe how I felt, the music was divine, the video was pure uncut art of amazing creativity, my body felt weightless as if I couldn't feel it or my presents of existence, after the video went off, it took me a few seconds to get back to reality as if i was traveling back from a different realm, I looked to see the name of the song and I literally gasped when I saw the word...numb, that put my entire experience in perspective, like I said before...that's crazy

I must say, bravo on making this video, It perfectly captures the feeling (at least the one i receive from it) of the song. I associate this song with going too far in, too deep, investing yourself 150% into an emotion, going so far you lose touch with reality in yourself. I've watched this video several dozen times on several occasions while tripping lsd. Last night's set and setting + this song + the video led to one of the most intense ego death experiences I have ever had. 00: song starts, I sit in a comfy chair fixated on the screen, there was LOTS of stress going on, a tremendous amount of pressure to shaman and guide the others through their trip (they were having a rough time taking off). And I simply didn't have the words to share with them at the time, I needed new insight, I need to help.. But I need to run first. 35: I've projected myself into the eyes, they are as good as mine, that look is so intimate it may as well be my own. the camera snaps back he inhales in on cue with this revelation, i do the same at the same time. 40+ : the buildup is tremendous, I feel like EVERY MOMENT I HAVE EVER LIVED has led to this VERY MOMENT and it marks something. 2min: I cant scream if I wanted to, the body is no longer there. I am alone, more alone than I have ever been before (it's so familiar). I am nothing more than a figure on the outside of a fishtank, knock on the glass (reality). Nothing I do will affect the outside world anymore, it is all set into play. 2:40: I have come to realize that I am knocking on the "glass" of reality, nobody can hear me, nobody can help me, nobody can understand what I am feeling, thinking,,, anything. I am faced with a choice, run back to where I came and go no further. or... go back once more, observe the knocker on the glass from another perspective. 3:15 (REAL WORLD) one of my friends who is also tripping (400mg first dose ever) is observing me, saying in his perspective my body is limp, face blank, eyes wide open, head tilted slightly with my chest rising up very slowly, i appear to be "lifted". He has not observed anybody tripping, and can tell that "dude, you were soooooo gone: ... I don't know 3:30: I dont care if people know I am tripping really really really really hard, I dont care at all, I have a goal, and I will reach it. tears are pouring down my physical face,. I don't think there has ever been that much liquid to pour out that way, that quickly. I'm so far gone, 3:45 I'm as good as dead by this point in every sense of the way. I can't describe it. I have tried to give as much buildup, but the state that I hit was.... ...... So profound... This is a quote from myself at an earlier point of time (during an LSD trip) about this very video. (different trip) "Nothing in life is guaranteed, or promised. One can emotionally invest themselves 150% into something, and it still fall short of "what it should have been." Some of the surprises in life are beautiful, others infuriate us, shake us to the core, or amaze us. Some parts of life drive us to hurt ourselves because that's all we feel we deserve. Perhaps one day the outstretched hand will hold what it reaches out for. Perhaps you will never even capture a glimpse of it. What does it truly matter though? In the end, we are all destroyed." - Time brings change. The doors you knock on today may be locked and closed...you can always come back tomorrow and try again.
