Sorry i usually dont exactly measure it , for free hand Airbrushing (without Painting mask for your camo) you can try 60% thinner 40% paint , for normal airbrushing try 50/50 or 60%paint and 40% thinner

Great model to fix, but just don't fly the real thing..
