Well the full 4th Gen meta is here now and it looks as if 90% of the player base hasn't a clue on how to handle it, the other 10% rule the skies. Gaijin could improve the game massively by giving a mandatory or for reward Advance Combat Maneuver tutorial on the basics of beaming, notching, flare use and turning off WEP when facing IR missiles.

@@madladofabrit2439 Probably, but imagine if they had a bunch of these sprinkled at various Ranks, each with some reward GE, SL or maybe even a low rank reward vehicle for particularly great skill in the test. They could have one at say Rank III on Boom and Zoom vs turn fighting, use of flaps in combat and no assist level bombing, Rank V could be on manual engine controls and SA, Rank VII could be radars, missiles and proper use of flares/chaff/WEP, notching etc.

@@rags417 That all hinges on Warthunder not being a game designed to make it's addicted players miserable. Which is just something the current, and likely all future iterations of the game can never be. Gaijin gets you addicted with a false sense of investment (obscene grinds and/or overpriced premiums) and then makes you fucking hate the game so much that you will pay to play less of it.
