Guide to dodging the 9M: Flare, pull hard in the complete opposite direction to where you were going. It switches off its IR seeker and goes on inertial guidance when it sees a flare, do this usually works.

He Malzi I have found cutting the afterburner and rolling while flaring (making a flower) usually works to get the AIM9M off of you, that and cutting the afterburner flaring and then turning seems to work as well. You may already know this just throwing it out there incase you didn't and for everyone else that may be struggling to get rid of the AIM9M's. Keep up the fantastic content!

@@tackleberry6001 only because of how the seeker head works. It is a weird one to flare. You can't turn and flare you have to flare then turn so the seeker head doesn't maintain track on your original trajectory. The smokeless motor definitely makes it harder to catch early though.
