What a career, and what an inspiring man. Bet he’s a great boss to work for too.

Thanks!!! A remarkable presentation! I share a few of the accomplishments that you described...I dropped out of college and joined the Air Force as an Aviation Cadet...Navigator. I flew in the back seat of the F-101B (Voodoo) for 3 years...finished first in my pilot training class (64H) and went to the front seat of the 101..those 3 years as an RIO were the best training ever!

I had the good fortune to visit a hangar in Cold Lake and look inside a cockpit of a F18. One of the F18s in the hangar at the time was missing a vertical tail due to an air to air collision while training. Fortunately, both aircraft and crew survived.

A great speech from a true leader. Very inspiring. Love to listen how he treats the people under his command, being grateful to the ground crews, taking the positive feedback from his peers as most memorable moment. The insights on parenting and dealing with different generations are spot on.
