I would love to, unfortunately we were in a hotel wher the staff set up the romm with the speaker standing almost under an audio speaker, causing the feed back you hear. I had hoped my lavalier mic would capture clean audio. Unfortunately it captured the room issues as well.

At ~55:40, a question is asked about “. . . the 7 and didn’t one of the kill themselves …?” The “7” likely refers to the “Outer 7”, a grouping of officers who were assumed to be aiding the enemy. Eventually 4 of the 7 realized the error of their ways and got in line with the rest of the prisoners re: resisting the enemy. The remaining 3 continued to aid the enemy, bordering on outright collaboration. Eventually, 1 of these officers accepted amnesty from the SRO, but the other 2 continued to collaborate. They were censured by SecNav after release and retired. As for enlisted collaborators, search for “Peace Committee”. One of their group did indeed commit suicide shortly after returning home after release.

On the other side what the fuck did those people expect?. United States never declared war on or with North Vietnam. As such the North Vietnamese didn't have any obligations to treat them according to the Geneva Convention. I don't say it was ok but decades later where is the surprise here?. Oh and by the way people have been left behind by hundreds so this no man left behind is cute yet as much realistic as a walk on the sun....
