I fly MIG 21 on Enigma Cold War server. I am new to all this. When facing against A10 at low level flight , my R3R is useless and A10’s A9P has a better range than my R60M. I try to fly low , so that I can see if it’s a friend or foe . What is my strategy here against a low flying A10? Thank you PS maybe i should fly high and pass him and then split S and try to find him?

The thing about IR missiles is that they are weak against targets like the A-10 because they emit quite low amounts of heat so it is only really practical in rear aspect. My advice flying the mig-21 is to avoid dogfights as the 21 is no dogfighter, stick to zoom and boom attacks. The a-10's exelent nose authority and low speeds makes it easy for him to get a firing solution on you. What I normally do against a-10's is that I set radar to standby once I get within like 5 miles and if he is nose to nose I make a wide turn and try to get up behind him without him noticing.

Hi watching your videos and i have to say that the reticle depression in the F-5 is now broken. It didnt move the reticle and i dont know what to do.

@@dcsheinlein I have solved it... there was a Button on my HOTAS which caged the Gunsight. So yeah the problem was myself XD
