ngl I think F-5E should be at B or A tier flight perf is good in a 1v1 but considering how the average public server game goes, it's average flight perf due to it being too easy to 3rd party due to it lacking the ability to run away/disengage the 2 missiles are goated but there's only two and it feels like it hardcaps your killstreak to 3 or 4 as once you run out of missiles, you lack the ability to engage people who don't wanna dogfight you

If you're good you can use it in an uptier since it's manuvaerable and has good missiles

I agree with you but if you'd put the F-5 in B tier, what would even go into S tier? There's not many better planes than it, and I can guarantee you no plane is so much better that it would be put 4 ranks higher

@KireRebek the F-8 Crusader the F-8 goes into S tier because: Flight performance is decent, it's a good ratefighter, decent 1c fighter, with good energy ret and decent TWR that allows it to really do anything, both dogfighting and running away It's a multirole so it gets bombs ofc, CM count and RWR is decent, guns are below average but they still work pretty well the main special thing about it is 9Cs, which have an incredibly high probability of kill if you use them correctly, and you can carry 4 of them (2 if you wanna carry 9Gs), you have to use them in head ons at around 1-1.5km range, even if they chaff, it'll usually be too late and the proxy fuse will hit them since the chaff is right behind them or you could just put nothing in S tier, that would mean the tier is balanced and has no meta that dominates, but imo the F-8 is that meta

imo, the f5e is one of, if not the best plane in teir 6, those Aim-9P-5s are OP, that thing took my kdr from an abysmal 0.49 to a much better 0.69, its my favorite plane, much better than that goofy mig21

@@MarvinZhang-du4sf Best premium is the Su27. There’s a lot of good planes, F18, F15C MSIP, F15E, EF2000 et cetera. Every plane is good in its own way - good radar - good TWR - good missiles - bombs - it really depends on your play style, I love the F15C MSIP and Su27 and Mig29 for T7
