I never understood teachers who either brag about their tests beeing especialy hard and/or don't see how it's their own fault as a teacher when their entire class is failing. My sister has a teacher who was called out for beeing absolutly bad at their job during an intervention from the parent council and the teacher dared to argue that the kids just don't learn enough at home. While the entire class, including the top students, completly wrecked their grades in her class.
