Chopin's most innovative and avant garde polonaise? Fantastic.

What an amazing passionate interpretation. Playing it so many times, hearing it so many times, and yet suddenly there is a somewhat new perspective. It is so obvious that piece really touched your beautiful soul. Thank you for sharing.

You thank us for watching, but I want to thank you so much more for expressing to us the depth of these pieces, this analysis helped me enjoy this piece much more even though it is one of my favorite Polonaises already. I'm watching all your series about Chopin's music. Just wanted to say thank you so much for your hard work.

It's always so nice to come back to your films, I'm really glad thery're still available, they're really amazing! I'm back here because of the motif I heard in Tchaikowsky's 5th Symphony - at the very beginning of its 1st movement, and it also appears in the last movement (so I believe it's really meaningful, don't know if it's a proper word 😅). Maybe i'm wrong, but I beilieve it's very very simmilar to the middle part of this polonaise. It's quite interesting in my opinion, mayby Tchaikovsky was inspired by Chopin or maybe they had mutual source of inspiration?

Another very, very wonderful narrative and analysis of Chopin's story. I am studying the history of your country. It seems that Poland is an unfortunate country, always striving for independence. Chopin was undoubtedly deeply disturbed and sad...

Do You belive, that this polonaise (some parts) is twin-similar to the Polonaise Op. 44? I have the impression, itt also contains the leitmotif of the further Polonaise Op. 40 no.2.

Yes! The introduction is similar 😊
