in olden days they mix two together. You may try to fry chicken fat cut in small pieces. It get similar effect.

we are real time videoing and not acting. No rehearsal and no take two. So what you watch is what we had. I never made any good video as I realise. I just recorded what I been through my food journey. What I ate, where I have been, who I met. Few more years later when I look back, I may found how childish and naive I was that made such time wasting videos that thought was sharing to people like Food and culture. For the moment I still enjoy doing this. Although time to time have voices that disagree one what I do. Anyway take care and be healthy. I will keep learning if I still make it.
