It was good to see AJ’s much improved stamina but….he’s gun shy and has lost all of his killer instinct. He needs some of that ‘Fabio Wardley’ seek and destroy energy. I was screaming for AJ to throw body shots - when he did throw and land a left hook downstairs late on in the fight, Franklin was visibly hurt. AJ never followed up 🤷🏾 I’ve not given up on him completely but, he’s a long way from the AJ that beat Klitschko.

@@ogbechefelix6538 💯 but I saw many opportunities to throw it and he didn’t. The 1 time he did, it clearly hurt JF. Wasn’t asking AJ to SPAM body shots, just as and when available.

AJ said something here that may offer an insight into the change in him that everyone is observing is for the worse. He said ‘Experience is the best teacher’, when it is commonly understood that ‘Experience is the teacher of a fool’. So AJ’s misunderstanding begs two questions; 1) Has he become un-coachable, and 2) Does he want to learn lessons or win fights?

Personally, I really struggle with some of the comments about Anthony Joshua. I mean, he has been a four belt Heavyweight Champion of The World ( twice ! ). He has defeated so many top class fighters including Vladimir Klitschko, Carlos Takam, Joe Parker, Alexander Povetkin, Andy Ruiz ( after his loss ), Dillian Whyte, Kubrat Pulev .... hardly a bad resume just 3 losses in 28 fights ( 22 wins by K.O ) and only defeated by two fighters in his pro career. Some of his performances have been outstanding and he has achieved so much in the sport. It puts me in mind of George Best when the fella asked him " Where did it all go wrong George ? " .... GO WRONG ? lol. Good to see AJ win again. I hope he goes on to win another World title. At his best, he is capable of beating anyone.

Questions I'd like the boxing journalists to ask Eddie Hearn. 1. WHY DID YOU GO AHEAD AND GET THE EUBANK BENN FIGHT SIGNED AND OVER THE LINE .... A F T E R The first failed test????? (AND have a fighter (eubank) sign a contract whilst withholding information on the basis of right to privacy (of Benns failed test) but at the same time have Chris Eubank sign a contract stating that ADDITIONAL testing privately paid for by the promoters would be done....whilst already Matchroom Connor Benn and Team, BBBofC the WBC and VADA were all aware of the adverse findings. Second Question. Why do you state you would never ever ever EVER work with another governing Body in the UK whilst also being on record stating Connor Benn will not get a fair crack of the whip. So my question is, why do you 100% recommend the BBBofC whilst also suggesting they are currently being bias Unjust Unfair Uncooperative How can you NEVER EVER EVER EVER have any desire whatsoever to have a moral compass. Either the BBBofC are fit to be the governing body of British boxing or they're not. Which is it?

@Andrew Parker I care mate as do the majority of boxing fans and sports fans in general. I've got no time for cheaters Especially those who are promoted by someone's who's Dad was Best man at the wedding of the opponents Dad and who's CEO is married to the opponents sister. Snakey I thought it was Family first business a close second. It appears that's not the case. Getting a fight signed after already being aware of adverse findings is not something you do to a lifelong mate. Snakey Immoral Greedy Even if Connor Henn is genuinely actually innocent, Hatchroom are guilty of the above. Poor banter

Ive always wondered what AJ would be like if he stripped all that muscle off, i know freddie roach said if he got hold of AJ thats the first thing he'd get him to do, strip back the size. Aj is naturally skinny, but was an athlete at school, fast, i think he had the record over the 100m in his school, normally if you have fast feet you have fast hands, but his muscles have made him robotic and slower than i think he would of been otherwise. Anyone that has natural speed, fast hands and then gained a lot of muscle through lifting, knows how much it not only slows your hands down, but how your arms move, the fluidity through the shoulders, everything becomes more forced and less natural if that makes sense. I really think he would of been much better boxer had he stayed closer to his natural build. People dont understand AJ has at least 40lbs of unnatural muscle on his frame
