Late reply. This is a quiz show “Fan Panthae” (Super Fan), aired in 2007, the Fan of the Year special which took every single “super fan” that wins the weekly episodes to compete with each other on their respective topic that they are experts on (Stamps, Arts, Cars etc.), it is played throughout the entire new year and it’s quite an event in Thai TV back then. this guy, Mr. Peerapong is the super fan on Gundam. The show run like this, there are 4 parts of each game, each part worth 25 points, so the full score for one person is 100. 1. Speed, which is the 3 second game, this one the images of various model will flash up and you have to answer in 3 seconds, otherwise the round would end. He could choose to skip but it will deduct points for each answers. He skipped only one 2. Questions, which is the round they gave the contestant ridiculously difficult questions, this one they give him a _footprint_ on a Gundam model only and he have to give the exact model. (In this round he could ask for choices and hints but it would deducted 5 points each time). Just like a lot of people in the comment point out, the show use an incorrect model for the explanation portion of the video, which is the MKII instead of the right one. 3. Jigsaw, he had to choose one square to reveal just a small _miniscule_ part of the full picture and he had to answer it, he could open more squares to get more details but just like earlier it will deduct 5 points each square. 4. Characteristics, one slides will reveal small characteristics of the answer, each reveal will give more details about the answer, but deduction still ensure. It was ridiculously difficult, but I guess he got lucky that he open the one that he could guess it correctly (_”Rode by Char Aznable_”), which leads to him guessing it correctly by pure luck giving him 25 pts, the other characteristics that were revealed after the game is so much worse. First one is “_Appear in Mobile Suit Gundam_”, then “_Has yellow parts_” (he replied humorously with “it just it’s horn isn’t it?!”), “_Has Red Parts_” then the last one is “_Shorter than average Gundam, but more heavier_”. At the end he say that he will framed the footprints for souvenirs, which lead to other contestant singing the one Thai song that has the lyrics of “Leaveing Footprints~. In The later episodes he was eliminated due to Mr. Genwith (Thai Postage Stamps super fan) getting 98, pushing him out. It was a really fun show and I love it sm.
