英語での応答は肯定が基本 どういうことかというと、 「ケーキ好きなの？」と「ケーキ嫌いなの？」の答えは同じになります どっちの質問の答えも 好き→いえす 好きじゃない→のー それと同じで、女性が「住んでないと思う」と言った「住んでる」部分を受けるので そう思う（女性に同意→住んでないと思う） →「住んでる」とは思わない →　not think そう思わない（女性と対立→住んでると思う） →　think 直前の台詞の内容に依らず、自分が言いたい内容に合わせて考えるのがコツだと思います☺️

@@Rupasensei It really is a cool movie. Kind of slow, you know - typical 'British' feel to it (even although it's actually Irish,) but it always reminds me of home. I hear they had the musical on stage over here in Tokyo a few years back. I love the song "Falling slowly."🤗

Im a native english speaker but i still like to watch these videos because they make me realize how much we combine words/syllables seamlessly when we speak, really interesting, and id asume other languages do this a lot too

I think it's because he is agreeing to the negative statement "Umm, no (Caesar didn't live here)". If the statement was positive such as "Yes", Allan would have said "I thought so" : )
