⬇️⬇️English recipe follows ⬇️⬇️ 豆卜排骨: 材料: 一字排1磅 豆卜6個 豆豉1湯匙 處理: 1. 洗淨排骨,擎乾水。 2. 洗淨豆豉及豆腐卜,擎乾水。 3. 排骨調味: a. 鮑魚汁1茶匙 b. 油1茶匙 c. 鷹粟粉1茶匙 攪勻,醃45分鐘或以上。 4. 豆卜1個切開4份。 5. 豆豉切碎。 烹調: 1. 放1湯匙油落鑊,用中火燒熱。 2. 爆香豆豉。 3. 爆香排骨。 4. 加入1杯清水。 5. 加入豆卜。 6. 煮至收汁,熄火,上碟。 Braised spare ribs with bean curd puffs: Ingredients: Spare ribs 1 lb Bean curd puffs 6 Nos. Preserved beans 1 tbsp Preparation: 1. Rinse spare ribs, hang dry. 2. Rinse beans and puffs and hang dry. 3. Season spare ribs: a. Abalone sauce 1 tsp b. Oil 1 tsp c. Corn flour 1 tsp Mix well, season for 45 minutes or more. 4. Divide a puff into 4 shares. 5. Dice preserved beans well. Steps: 1. Heat up 1 tbsp oil at medium flame in wok. 2.
