梅菜蒸肉片
材料：
瘦肉半斤
梅菜1棵
薑1小舊
處理：
1. 梅菜，搣開一條條，清水洗乾淨，重覆清洗2-3次，揸乾水，擎乾水。
2. 瘦肉，清水洗乾淨。
3. 梅菜，一頁頁對齊，打橫切碎，放碟上，加入糖1湯匙，撈勻，令其出味。
4. 瘦肉，切薄片，放梅菜上，放大碗內。
5. 薑，去皮，清水洗乾淨，切絲，放大碗內。
6. 加入調味料：
a. 生粉1湯匙
b. 油1湯匙
c. 生抽1湯匙
d. 蠔油1湯匙
e. 胡椒粉適量
撈勻，放碟上。
烹調：
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸肉片25分鐘。
3. 完成，可享用。

Ingredients:
Lean pork meat 0.5 catty
Preserved vegetables 1 No.
Ginger (small) 1 No.
Preparation:
1. The vegetables, tear it slice by slice. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat the step 2-3 times. Squeeze it. Drain.
2. The pork, rinse with tap water.
3. The vegetables, get it alighted. Chop well horizontally. Put on plate. Add in 1 tbsp of sugar. Mix well, to make it flavorful.
4. The pork, thinly slice. Put on top of the vegetables. Put in a big bowl.
5. The ginger, get it peeled. Rinse with tap water. Get it shredded. Put in the bowl.
6. Add seasoning:
a. Tapioca starch 1 tbsp
b. Oil 1 tbsp
c. Light soya sauce 1 tbsp
d. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
e. Pepper appropriate amount
Mix well. Put on plate.
Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame.
2. Steam the pork at high flame for 25 minutes.
3. Complete. Serve.
