梅菜蒸肉片
材料:
瘦肉半斤
梅菜1棵
薑1小舊
處理:
1. 梅菜,搣開一條條,清水洗乾淨,重覆清洗2-3次,揸乾水,擎乾水。
2. 瘦肉,清水洗乾淨。
3. 梅菜,一頁頁對齊,打橫切碎,放碟上,加入糖1湯匙,撈勻,令其出味。
4. 瘦肉,切薄片,放梅菜上,放大碗內。
5. 薑,去皮,清水洗乾淨,切絲,放大碗內。
6. 加入調味料:
a. 生粉1湯匙
b. 油1湯匙
c. 生抽1湯匙
d. 蠔油1湯匙
e. 胡椒粉適量
撈勻,放碟上。
烹調:
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸肉片25分鐘。
3. 完成,可享用。

Ingredients:
Lean pork meat 0.5 catty
Preserved vegetables 1 No.
Ginger (small) 1 No.
Preparation:

6. Add seasoning:
a. Tapioca starch 1 tbsp
b. Oil 1 tbsp
c. Light soya sauce 1 tbsp
d. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
e. Pepper appropriate amount
Mix well. Put on plate.
Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame.
2. Steam the pork at high flame for 25 minutes.
3. Complete. Serve.
