Does the combined pill increase the risk of cancer? Breast cancer: taking the combined pill slightly increases the risk of breast cancer compared to people who do not take it. Ten years after stopping the pill, a person’s risk is no longer increased - as if the pill was never used. 现在有卵巢癌的靶向药物出来了，效果比原来好多了。如果基因检测提示BRCA基因突变或者同源重组修复缺陷，手术+化疗结束后可以口服奥拉帕利或者尼拉帕利维持治疗，原来治疗结束后3年就会复发的病人减少了一半以上。
