F.P. Journe Chronometre Souverain | Dubai Edition

The present watch is the F.P. Journe Chronomètre Souverain Boutique Edition launched in 2020, to celebrate the opening of the brand’s first Dubai boutique, and 10th in the world.
Only 99 pieces of this stunning timepiece were made and were instantly sold out. The watch itself is the iconic Chronomètre Souverain in a 40mm platinum case, measuring a mere 8.6mm in thickness. What’s distinctive though, is the unusual green colored dial, and the matching green leather strap - a color that is symbolic in the Middle East of chance, fortune and fertility.
It is a bold, bright and an unmissable timepiece which has already gained the ‘extremely desired’ status and in the same league as the iconic and rare CS Bleu Byblos.
Seen through the sapphire caseback is the magnificent Calibre 1304, An extra flat movement measuring just 3.75mm thick, with two barrels delivering 56-hrs of chronometric power reserve.
The baseplate and bridges are made of 18K rosegold and finished impeccably with Côtes de Genève on the bridges with mirrored anglage, polished screw heads, chamfered slots and a baseplate with part circular graining and barleycorn guilloché.
This masterpiece comes on a hand-stitched soft green leather strap, its original limited edition warranty certificate and box.
