فحص و اصلاح شاحن البطارية السيارة 12v12v car battery charger check and repair

يتكون الشاحن البطارية هذا من محول كهربائي يحول الجهد المتردد 220v الي جهد المتردد 12v و6v حيث في المحول هناك ملف ذا قطر صغير متصل معا سلك 220,v
يقابله سلكين ذا قطر كبير وتخرج سلك مشترك معا سلكين يخرج 0v نهاية احد سلكين 6v وسلك اخر 12v هذهي اسلاك 12 و6 تذهب الي قفل لتغيير جهد التغذية
في هذا شاحن هناك دارة بريدج وهيا عبارة عن اربع ديودات لتوحيد اتجاه تيار يعني تحويل من تيار متردد الي مستمر
في هذا شاحن وجدنا المشكل في احتراق ترموستات الشاحن
هذا ماسبب توقف شحن البطارية
تم استبدالها بمنصهر سيارة تستحمل 10A لانو خرج هذا جهاز هو 8A
لكن تبقا ترموستات حرارية افضل بكثير من منصهرة امبيرية
حيث ان ترموستات حرارية تحمي جهاز من ارتفاع حرارته
لانو حرارة العامل الاول لتلف المحول وديود
This battery charger consists of an electrical transformer that converts 220v alternating voltage to 12v and 6v alternating voltage, where in the transformer there is a small diameter coil connected together with a 220,v wire
Opposite it are two wires of large diameter, and a common wire goes out together, two wires come out 0v, the end of one of the two wires is 6v, and the other wire is 12v. These are wires 12 and 6 that go to a lock to change the supply voltage
In this charger, there is a bridge circuit, which consists of four diodes to unify the direction of the current, meaning a conversion from alternating current to direct current.
In this charger we found the problem in the burning of the charger thermostat
This is what causes the battery to stop charging
It was replaced by a car fuse with a capacity of 10A because the output of this device is 8A
But a thermostat is much better than an Imperial fuse
As a thermal thermostat protects the device from overheating
Because heat is the first factor to damage the transformer and diode
