Aside from the work on AX, I'm not sure the track would even fit on the disc. Bear in mind that Nintendo decided to go with a MiniDVD fork for the GameCube, which means discs can't hold more than 1.5 GB of data (the actual number is more like 1.46 GB).

If you time it correctly you can use a crash-out to shave half a second off your final lap time. It's a technique frequently used by pro F-ZERO racers; this guy just did it too soon.

awesome! Although The only thing i would request to the people modding this gem would be to replace the BGM with those from F-Zero X, GX themes were awful...

You can already replace the ost in GX to whatever you want by changing the music files to something else using the file same name as the original track. I do think you have to have the GX Unleashed mod applied but I'm not too sure.

Really I prefer some GX themes over X's but then again music is subjective I suppose.
