+DangerousArmyGuy It's obvious, and (unlike a lot of the other "major plot twists") the show KNOWS it's obvious. When Ryu asks how Clank could know who Dr. Mask is, Clank asks "Really, Ryu?" When Clank tells Dr. Stewart that he knows he's Dr. Mask and Dr. Stewart says "I guess I can't hide anything from the computer wizard", Clank says "You didn't really try"

I'm sure he acknoledge that he's Jody's brother, but the secret of being Captain Falcon is just too much for him to allow Jody back into his life. (In order to protect her, he has to force her to stop looking for Andy) Also, as Falcon say, the enemy is much stronger, if Jody let something like family in her way, she may end up killed.
