It’s unreal how much of a disadvantage the player has without any ERS battery in a race. You can be quick in the turns but a sitting duck on the straights with hardly any major defence. It’s like what Fernando Alonso once said: “GP2/F2 engine. GP2/F2...ARRRGGGH!!” I would like to see this same challenge attempted on F1 2018 to see how much easier or harder it is but that’s down to you. 👍 Also for the people in the comments getting impatient saying “Where’s career mode? We want career mode”, I don’t want to be a bit mean here but please try to be patient if you can. Ben is experimenting with various ideas on F1 2019 AND other racing games. In my opinion, I like variety because it avoids the issue of content being too repetitive for viewers. If the repetition gets too much, that’s when viewers start to get bored.

Also this Sir Badger doesnt seem to know what wheel to wheel racing is, just drives like he is alone and ramming people off, but also spun out, which is to expect by those kind of drivers

1. You understood nothing of what Sebastian was talking about. It was all about reliability. When you add and add stuff to an engine, you increase the probability of failure. 2. Congrats. You found out that in modern F1 you can only overtake on the straights using driver assists.

The last Ferrari V12 era was between 1989 and 1995. They had 223 races during that time and of those had a blasting 111 DNFs, of which 88 were down to mechanical failure and won 0 Championships. What bonkers amount of added stuff did they have on their engine during that time to have that many failures if thats what causes those, in your opinion? Critiquing the modern Hybrids on grounds of reliability is one of the dumbest things Vettel has done during this season and he has done ALOT of dumb stuff. Let me tell you as a Ferrari fan myself that surely the engines are the least of Ferraris and probably F1s problems.
