Ben, one thing that i did, i hired Massa in the last bit of season 1. He is amazing. Not much race wise, but he gets all the resource points and all the discounts, always. He is not that expensive and he pays in spades with the development of the car.

A little test here to see if the driver transfer system is as predictable as I expect. I bet you that Russell will go to Alpine to replace Alonso and Ticktum will get Kimis Alfa Romeo seat in season 2. An F2 driver (probably Matsushita) will replace whoever Ben takes as a teammate and another will be at Williams. The rest of the driver market will stay static and boring :(
