Ben, one thing that i did, i hired Massa in the last bit of season 1. He is amazing. Not much race wise, but he gets all the resource points and all the discounts, always. He is not that expensive and he pays in spades with the development of the car.

i think most of us have probably seen rusell as a driver #2 in myteam. Id like to see gasley or another young guy get a chance leclerc,norris, sainz are already on good teams. maybe like a gasley,ocon,kvyat,albon,mick, de vries. or maybe get someone with more experience for rnd. like perez,bottas maybe even ric or vettel if not too expensive
