I think , in a way, the storyboarders want to put Aiden in the same position Casper Akkerman once sits in the first Braking Point. It feels like the history is about to repeat itself, with Aiden experiences the same thing Cas experienced previously.

I understand Aiden’s anger with Callie when she sends him off, but idt that was her fault. The engineer tells Aiden to let Callie pass, we never hear confirmation that Aiden said he would do that. The engineer then proceeds to tell Callie Aiden would let her pass probably knowing well that Aiden might not do that. If anyone’s to blame, it’s the engineer in this case
