Ferrari vs. McLaren, Max vs. Lando, Haas closing in on Mercedes. What else will this year bring!

Sao Paulo is in the southern hemisphere so their weather is a completely different system from the US. Strong winds and hurricanes don’t cross the equator due to the earth’s spin. FYI

Oh weird, I was always taught that winds from Africa travel to Brazil. That's what I get for listening to the internet. I edited the video so I don't misinform anyone. Thanks, friend!

Renault have definitely 86'd their 2026 engine plans, so any procedural breaches were probably concerning this year. I'd imagine they'd have to wait till the end of this season before they can begin manufacturing their engine pool for 2025. With a fresh engine, it's easy to picture Max coming back through the field but he doesn't have the outright pace advantage he had last year... assuming there are no incidents I think the best he could do is 3rd place, maybe 2nd. Agree that Perez will likely see out the rest of this season, but if he ends up relegating them to 3rd in the constructors I think he'll be out for '25.

"...These errors relate to the development of the 2026 PU, not the current PU" Same with the honda engine, fines were for Aston martin honda... I think they have 86'd the engine, but not before they did significant work towards it, and then made some mistakes on reporting spending, probably because they don't care anymore, lol. But odd that potentially a 2026 renault engine is sitting somewhere with time and money spent on it.

What's your thought on fresh engine for max, full replacement, and start at the back or same as before and only a 10 place grid drop?

@@RacingBlind9 If so, that's very careless from Renault - but at this point you kinda expect them to fuck things up. 😂 If he took a completely new PU, then he should start from the back.
