for those who may be watching this without knowing f1 all that well, the issue with the clip at 2:08 is that the car we were riding with was a lap down and the car to his left was in first place, their fight led to both cars spinning out and the guy who was winning ended up finishing second. You are not supposed to fight a car that is a lap ahead of you

Yes, but what else was Ocon supposed to do? Slow down and potentially sabotage his own race just because of a car ahead of him? Granted, he could have made the move later, but Verstappen, or any driver, is required to leave room for any car he is alongside, not just the ones he is racing (not that he leaves room anyway).
