Those cars are All Wheel Drive and pretty much the same Horsepower as the F1. If the F1 was AWD he might be able to do that, but not with RWD only.

Even its virtual, as soon as the F1 overtakes, you can see the big advantage in Aerodynamics. A real driver would have overtaken much earlier and the gap would be even bigger. F1 has not the best high speed, but its the fastest overall. Masterpiece of engineering!
