If you hit people directly from behind to make them go wide (but they don't spin) you don't get a penalty. I've done it to win a race in Spa.

on f1 2010 i completely destroyed 13 cars with the flags and regulations on realistic the trick is to come on poll position in monaco and each time someone comes down the inside SLAM them into the wall and the highlight of that race was me slamming VETTEL in the tunnel and then he went flying in the air then a renult and a force india came flying into vettel and i got a warning ILLEGAL OVERTAKE LOL
