Hii sir I have query my parents are sponsor me with the savings of 36 k usd and we also have immovable assets with the value of 92 pakhs inr and my first year expenses is 29kusd additionally my parents annual income is 12 lakhs it is a good amount for visa success please answer the question ❓

i would say mention your parents have savings and immovable assests dont mention the annual income until asked all in you have to show liquid cash which is 1.5 times your i20 amount so please focus on that have liquid immovable assets wont be counted as liquid

i think your answer is quiet nice but dont mention electrical eng your work ex speaks volumes already no need to mention an unrelated thing. and u can mention things from the college to this shows a yearning that what u want to get there like professors, coursework etc
