Lovely, it's strange to me to starting a turbine without fuel flow until it reaches idle. Keep up the footage mate!

It sure looks strange, I agree with that. Though, the fuelflow is started at 11-12% rpm. In the video he mentions the fuel takes longer to reach the engine because the pipes were drained for a functional test. That's why light off doesn't take place untill 15-16% rpm. When the rpm suddenly starts increasing more rapidly and the "TEMP" gauge (below RPM gauge) starts to rise it means fuel is getting burned. Why the fuel flow gauge doesn't kick in untill engine idle rpm, I don't know. Maybe it only works when the generator is connected to the system, is my only reasonable thought because the "OIL PRESS" gauge also kicks in after reaching engine idle rpm
