I think it would’ve been awesome if BMW dubbed the Current M8 the “M6” and maybe used the M8 name for a shot at a completely different sports car or Supercar even, kind of like what Mercedes did with the GT, I remember when the M8 was still a concept it was advertised as a fully blown Supercar, and I’m surprised that no one has ever said anything about that when the M8 finally debuted.

I like your review but the truth is you are not BMW fan and sounds more like Mercedes fan . I have the same car and own it for over 5 years now .I have never done launch control but never had any proble with my gearbox or clutch . My previous car was M6 E63 and i like the F13 better overall but the sound was better in the V10. And AMG sounds very good for shore . But i will not sell my BMW M6 For many years because its i very nice ride and beautiful design and i love the brutal power this car have
