F1M24 - GP 3 - AUSTRALIA - “UNTER-X SEASON 2”

Hi all, I’m a casual gamer that plays Football Manager and more recently TieBreak.
With Football Manager going in a direction that will likely see me no longer investing in the game for at least a few years, I’ve needed to find a management simulation replacement.
F1 Manager is something I had tried in the past, but the additional features in this year’s game tempted me to try it again - and I’m loving the game.
Note I am a complete Novice in F1, with pretty much little & no knowledge in the technical aspects, so I have done my own research into the game, but with my experience I am playing this on an easier level

After taking a break after completing my first season in F1 Manager with UNTER-X where we won the Driver’s and Constructors Championships, there did appear to be a few issues with the game.
I’ve decided to commence my second season after several patch updates have been made in the hope things have improved.
-The current patch released for the PC is 1.7.
-My videos will show Qualifying for Q3 and the Race (unless I suffer any game crashes, in which I will only show the race).
-Any Sprint Race Results will be recorded in my Summary text below.

F1M24 - GP 3 - AUSTRALIA - “UNTER-X SEASON 2”
This is my third race where Lando Norris and Theo Pourchaire are my drivers.
We started the year with the car at an overall performance rating of 5th and 6th on the Grid.
I have several staff members whose contracts are due to expire end of the season, and Theo Pourchaire’s is also finishing end of the season.
