I can't remember in all honesty, but I know some other events have both day and night matches, depending to the round they are competing in. Toronto is a really nice example, and in fact one side of the court the sun impacts your ability to even see the tennis ball, makes it tricky to play.

Enjoyed this - however so many inaccuracies. Wimbledon in real life has minimalistic advertising, an all white dress code, it’s normally pouring down with rain and not once does the camera pan to the celebrities in the royal box as it would in real life. Also, the grass is in pristine condition compared to what it should be like for a semi final at Wimbledon. Where’s all the foot marks? And what’s with the white perimeter fence and where’s the ballboys and ballgirls. Not to mention the line judges? Disappointed with the lack of realism but the tennis players look authentic enough and they actually move and play like proper players unlike previous tennis games to be fair.

The game is still in early access, so I would like to think it will only improve. I believe there are plans to bring in ballboys / girls / line judges down the line, and also possibly the ability to challenge calls. It's due to release 22.8.24, so I guess we'll know a bit more by that time with how the game will end up playing overall, with perhaps some patches down the line to tidy / tweak things. But gaming wise, I'm definitely enjoying playing the matches - the difficulty is the most pressing issue though. Hopefully once the core game is in a good state, the fine details that would be appreciated will look to be implemented.

Keys would never ',,underarm serve' ...and Sakkirri looks more like 'Smiedlikova'!

When playing through Wimbledon I was getting on average between 2-3 underarm serves per match - which is way too many. In contrast the other GS on non grass surfaces played with Sakkari, the AI didn't serve a single one at all. It's something I have already pointed out to the developers, in the hope they will make this considerably less frequent at Wimbledon. I hope they will reduce this frequency on the most challenging difficulty (which this currently was when playing). along with a greater difficulty level introduced, which is more difficult and plays a lot more realistically to make this game challenging long-term, especially to keep the interest high if playing several seasons in a career mode - which is what I am hoping to do upon final release.
