The moment I see someone raising their hands in front of my cats face and above her head too I'm running to stop them for their safety. My cat will latch onto those arms and tear those hands to shreds if she feels threatened and I can't even defend the person cause like why would you think it's a smart idea to put both your hands above a predator animals head like that especially when they're clearly irritated. This cat is very patient though and is giving many warning signs so I think they'll teach the kid on their own without the parents help oof.
