Have you used Gorgo/Liu Che on open field? Is it really good? Really want to hear from real F2P view

Yes in the start of Z5 i fought with my 3 inf marches: Guan Alex, Sargon Scipio and Gorgo Liu. I concluded that gorgo liu did really well, and that i maybe would trade better by only using her. So i decided to fight Gorgo Liu only, and the results where shockingly good. Im f2p as you mentioned, but i do have full legendary gear not talented. The reports were always 1:2 or 1:3, sometimes when fighting noobs it was 1:10. How i fought: Made sure to have lots of normal attack boosts (which improves smite dmg, normal attack damage and counterattack). This makes her very antiswarm. If i got swarmed by 3+ people i returned my troops to a city nearby. Further when my gorgo was going under 70% i returned her as well. I will do another video on that, showcasing her in the field fights. But i do really recommend her since shes good both in long term battled (lots of skill cycles) and short term battles (lots of counterattack/normal attack for cheeseburger).

What seed are you in? It seems a little strange a f2p vip 14 player be able to garrison against spenders, with better vip and tech

Seed C, but that doesnt matter since its not some 400m KP guy rallying, but most often they are 3B KP-10B KP.

No its not, Gorgo Liu is just so good. The tech difference is only a few % attack. VIP difference 5% all dmg. Gear difference lets say about 20% of stats. And my armaments+tree are very good, maybe better as his. But this shows F2P can invest in gorgo Liu che as good Garrison/field pair. But yes agreed seed D or C, maybe low B would be recommended to prevent huge swarm losses.

Yes and no, he takes 10% less dmg from normal attacks. This means only the normal attacks and not the smite dmg. Otherwise it would say: this commanders applies a 10% normal attack reduction' to the target.

@woutgaming9685 nope. It works in the same way as "take 10% less skill damage". If you take less normal attack damage, you take less smite damage as well. Yes you can debuff the enemies normal attack, but you can also buff yourself, like gilgamesh.

How do you know if 'takes less dmg from normal attack' applies to the actual normal attack' (normal attack) or the normal attack damage (normal attack+counterattack +smite dmg)?

@woutgaming9685 it does all 3. Normal attacks include "normal attack" and "counter attack". In the case of smite damage being used, it will also reduce incoming smite damage as well.
