definitely friendship xp and learning excellent throws for catch xp events. save lucky eggs for friendship xp if you're f2p, and use lucky eggs on 4x, 3x, 2x, catch xp events if you have extra coins

Is the swing really necessary? With decreasing costs as megas level up, I really don't find mega energy is a bottleneck given you get a considerable amount at a fixed rate by walking.

@zaion8917 not necessary, but helpful as a f2p player. Especially when you're able to mega multiple pokemon from events like anniversary

It's clear that you didn't since you would see that I got 132 best friends. You should also watch the series. It'll probably help you to get higher levels and more xp. There's a reason after 4 years you are level41 with only 18 best friends, even after an entire season of friendship related bonuses. 1000 pokestops gives you so little pokeballs to get 1000XP excellent throws with, no gifts to give your 400 friends, and no items to complete platinum medals with. Normally, I can sympathize with rural players, but accusing others of spoofing is pretty sad.
