The game mode is a joke, even on Ultimate. Zero challenge, just hunt for the three bosses and get your artifact. It is fun though.

Those first stores may have been cringe to you, but they have Transcendence mats. Transcended characters come out faster than T3 so it's harder to catch up. In a month, you can easily restock all your books, and only one new T3 hits per update. Transcended characters are 2-3 per update, and at least I'm only getting enough Mandalay Gems to transcend 3-4 characters a month, which I wait until the new month of Story mode to decide. Maybe I'm super wrong on the math, but I always hear about Books being an issue and I just don't think that's the case, at least once you're on the downhill side of pushing as many as possible to T3. Hell, in a pinch you can throw money at the problem once a month - the Transcendence pack costs 2x as much.

Am I the only one who thinks Timeline Survival (event) takes too long to complete? I know we have a few days to do it, but the map is too big IMO and you have to find the three final bosses tiles that have the same red colours as the other ones...

It only takes like 2 or 3 days worth your usual daily grind anyways... For the rewards it is pretty worth it

It's best to do a little bit day by day. If you wait until the last day or two, it is completely tedious and mind numbing. Do your dailies and then burn the temporal energy you earned that day.

I do agree and suggest the only change would be to add red tiles all around the red boss tiles. That way if all you wanted to do was hunt for them, it would be faster.
