So 3 questions come to mind. 1. Did you experience any rattling interior pieces after this installation (just from the sheer fact the factory “tightness” of things was lost when pulling off door cards etc) 2. Why killmat specifically and not a different brand of sound deadening? 3. How are you enjoying the speakers currently? Do you have concern with them cracking/ breaking down as your stock ones began to do over time?

Haven't heard any rattles at all, and I'm really picky about that. Rattles drive me crazy! I liked the killmat because of price, but I've heard sound skins is really good as well as dynamat. Speakers have been fantastic! There's clarity all the way to the top volume ranges. I've been really happy with them so far and am happy I upgraded. When I go to the kies autoshow this summer I'm going to see if i can compare them with the bimmertech alpha ones in Bryan's car.

Just finished the install today, so far there’s a tangible difference to me. More punch and can get much more volume out of the system. First thoughts is It’s a decent upgrade but not eye opening. I’ll come back and update if my thoughts change over time

Okay final thoughts: System is awesome. The difference is eye opening. I’m loving it, much more powerful of a setup. Like taking the HK system and putting it on steroids. I must’ve messed up something on install with the passenger side door though because my window is getting caught on something

well, honestly the sound result is 10% better than the original. I though we will get an incredible sound. it does not worth it

A lot of it depends on the EQ settings and source of the music. Can't make low fidelity sound good no matter what. I store my music as uncompressed FLAC files and noticed a huge difference in clarity. I also noticed a huge difference when I adjusted the EQ.

If you get the complete kit, you don't need the Subwoofer kit as the complete kit includes it
