F36 GTS STYLE TAIL LIGHTS FULL INSTALL - 2019 BMW 440i xDrive Gran Coupe

Full Install of F3x GTS Style Tail Lights on my F36 2019 BMW 440i xDrive Gran Coupe. There are many install videos out there but I was unable to find a full install of the Gran Coupe which is slightly different so here we are. Hope this helps! List of tools needed is below:

Extension for Ratchet
Mine are the Blackline from Euro Parts Palace. I've noticed these are also referred to as "Smoked" by others.

Euro LCI > all others but GTS > pre lci IMO

I have a 2018 bmw f36 430i my truck connector is different it won't fit the aftermarket taillight harness help

I have a pre LCI gran coupe. From the videos I've seen, the wires have to be ran from tailights through the trunk to the trunk lights. How did you avoid all the wire tucking?

Only pre LCI needs to have those wires ran

as you can see in 13:53 he didn't. that's why the animation doesn't complete.

Does anyone know if the V2 gts oled style taillights (VLAND) is supposed to light up both the inner and outer lights when hitting the breaks? 435i f36 gran coupe. I saw some videos where it lights up for some people, but not others. Aside from that, everything else works...

I've looked into that as well. From what I can tell, only the 3 series do. Even the M4 GTS I saw only lights up the outer side

Im confused is this V1 or V2, I noticed it had V2 4 scales but had the V1 Start up. On edge about which to order

I have a set and im having a time bolting it down the one to the rear trunk that screw that tights down on the inside won't seat flush on the corner. Should I get better weather striping for the nut to have more back pressure to help it get flush? Do you have an IG i can send you a video of what im talking about

Update i installed them to the oem plugs what my issue was i wasn't pushing the light in and ratcheting the nut down at the same time. Had to take a time out watch your video and realized my issue thanks

@@renzridez First of all thanks for that guide. yes i know thats the same car, but I wanted to make sure they weren't there for safety reasons (maybe because of overvoltage?) but I have no idea about that, that's why i'm asking.

Got it. No, they're there for the Pre-lci cars. Those need connected so the turn signals function properly
