Congratulations of 27K I know how it feels to have heat exhaustion, it’s so horrible, I felt dizzy and hot, I got sick and my head hurt. It’s why I don’t like summer, I can’t take the heat, and with summers getting more and more hot I feel like I won’t survive one summer, the amount of heat strokes I’ve had is bad. I can relate to feeling like I’m ruining the fun cause I can’t stay out in the hot sun for too long. TY for this amazing audio Kat will definitely be listening to this a lot through the summers, or if I get very hot which I will always in summer. 🌅

Love how the audio muffies out from time to time like your phasing between fainting and not very clever, also great advice for helping to cool the body down (back of the neck is where your body relgates temperature and underarms is good for cooling the circulation)

You do supportive friend/girlfriend so, so well. Like, all the situations, you just give off the impression of wanting the best for the listener, and that's just really comforting. Much appreciated, honestly. Thanks for the audio, Kat.

I work as a cart pusher so I am out in the sun a lot. And we actually have to learn the stages of heat-related illness and how to treat someone suffering from heat exhaustion. Because of that, this audio was really engaging.

I love how authoritative but kind you are when taking care of the listener. Your voice is so strong but still soothing. And I really laughed when you described having ice packs between you making a movie based on Antarctica “immersive” 😬 Another really great audio, Kat!

You wanna hear dad jokes?!, I've got plenty of them. Two fish were in a tank and one said to the other "how do you drive this thing? " Hahaha 😅😅😅 2 men walked into a bar, the 3rd man ducked When does a joke become a dad joke, when it becomes apparent Why are elevator jokes so good?, because they work on so many levels. I once went to a binocular shop, I'll tell you what; they saw me coming. I have an addiction to buying takeaway pizza, I buy one, one day and another the next and that's just the domino effect. Why do post office jokes never work? Because its always the next day when you get it. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Once I collapsed in gym. I don't remember the initial fall but I remember before and after the fall. This audio is bringing back core memories of that moment. The weirdest thing was I couldn't see colors for a while. The reason I collapsed was that I was hungry and gym was right before lunch.

Bruh one time when i was younger like as a baby i nearly died from heat stroke i was at the back of my mom's car and her mom bit my foot to see if i was doing ok and well you already know i didn't move but i was breathing unconscious and they immediately sent me to a hospital for a treatment and then went back home and i was the first person in my family to survive from a heat stroke but our first dog didn't make it she died first before i nearly died that was like 2 or 3 years later after her death and after me nearly dying

I was born with heart problems and get hot very easily, and i need to stay cool when it's hot. But once i was at girls camp, wich i used to love going to, it was so much fun!😊 But, on our girls hike wasn't so fun. I ended up having a nose bleed, i used to get those a lot when i would get too hot. I was going in and out of it. Everyone was freaking out quite a bit. Luckily my friend knew what to do. Once we were back at the girls cabin, i didn't really remember much what was going on, due to feeling in and out of it, i think i ended up passing out or falling asleep at some point. But when i woke up, i was in a bed at the girls cabin, and my friend was wiping a cool cloth across my forehead, and she was able to stop the nose bleed. She noticed i was confused, and tried to sit up, but she gently had me lie back down, helped me drink some water, and she had explained to me what happened, and where i was, she was so gentle about it, and caring too. You sound a lot like my friend, sweet and caring😊❤️ sorry if this was a bit long😊❤️❤️ but i hope you have a lovely day if you, or anyone else reads this😊❤️❤️
