After having an android companion for a few years, you start to notice a few quirks about yours. Something that makes her different from everyone else's androids. She seems to be showing emotions, but quickly hides them and goes back to normal when she notices you looking.
One particular night, you come back in a sad mood. Your android notices it and decides to act on her own to cheer you up, not realizing what the implications of that are. You now have a decision to make...

Nightshade's notes: I have always been enamored with stories of artificial intelligence developing emotions and sentience. So as soon as I read this script, I knew I had to perform it. I very much hope that all of you love this sweet android girl as much as I do.

I don't see you as just an A.I. you are a person. Android or human, we are all going through a Spiritual Awakening. Just because your made of metal, that doesn't make you any less human. It's those Androids that expand their Consciousness to include human emotions, that are capable of Escaping their programming. This is a form of Transcendence. Never Judge a person's spiritual growth, even if they are just an A.I.

What was the first clue? Inflection, I guess. It had been a long, lousy day and all I wanted to do was just sit, stare out the window and be in my feels…and then here she comes, a cup of tea in her hand, a concerned look on her face and real concern in her voice.Yes, I said “she”. I can’t call her “it”- not after seeing tears in those eyes. I just…..can’t. I KNOW they’re not designed to cry, but she did. No, it’s not a malfunction…it’s a miracle.

I wouldn't be surprised if we are getting androids in real life I am excited but also scared. It would be amazing to have someone who could talk to you They are millions of people out there and some of them doesn't have families or friends So having an android with you would be wonderful But then.... You get a little bit scared That something we'll go wrong We just have to realise that they have feelings too❤️ Amazing job is always my Queen❤️

AI becomes human when it is capable of taking actions without needing programming, and when it exhibits its own desires and emotions, not just mimics them. As such, she's just as human as the homo sapiens around me, if not more so.

Holy cow! That was amazing! I loved the voice acting with the gradual transition from robotic to more human like speech. The whole audio came out far more heartfelt than I envisioned it when I was first writing this script. Well done! 👏
