This time, I've filmed a walkaround video of the Hellcat displayed at the Palm Springs Air Museum. #Hellcat #F6F

I must admit I have never built one , I find these vivid , shiny blues a bit of a turnoff , but great that she's good enough to fly . 😍😍🙏🙏

Thank you for always watching my videos, my friend. I have never made a plastic model of this aircraft either. This is because I just couldn't like this rugged design. However, once I come across the real thing, I'm realize that there are many cool parts to this design, and I want a plastic model. It's a modeler's nature.

@@struggledrivedaddy I have built many models of the Hellcat...some dating back to 1966, the old Monogram kit. (I still have them) All of my recent builds represent the many ships the "Big Cat" flew from. I have loved the F6F ever since I can remember, when my dad told me about them from his WW ll days. It is my favorite piston driven airplane...the F-4 Phantom being my favorite jet.

Thank you for watching my video and for your comment. After seeing the real F6F, I started wanting a model kit, so I'm planning to buy a 1/72 scale plastic model. I'm thinking of purchasing a CYBER HOBBY or EDUARD kit based on the quality of the kit.
