My buddy just came by and dropped off a Homelite C7 that he picked up for me when I won it for $25 on an online auction. Appears to be in pretty good shape. Just ordered a full tillotson carb kit for it.

I have the same saw! Been tinkering a bit with it and got it to bark a couple times, it’s just not getting hot enough spark. Or consistent spark. But when it did fire, oooooh my I fell in love.

Oh and they were only made for 1 year, 1958 to 1959. And then discontinued.

Great to see an appearance by Dav Willie, Bertha, and Ruby on your channel. That Mac sounds like it is almost there.

Oooo yea that what I’m talking about. I had to locktite the screws and the brass plug between the jets to get that same HL to stop leaking. The O rings on the jets were in good shape on this 1-50. The HL repair kits come with a shorter brass fitting for the needle seat. Works great now.🦾⚡️💚🪓

That’s going to be a beast at 80cc! I absolutely love having my 250 be a 6.0 with the 6 speed stick... you have the gears for days... and having the ability to shift into low 4 and have a creeper gear as you low 1 is crazy great! Pulling trees and bushes out it’ll just sit and break traction at idle... 2500 at 5mph! I love this engine and transmission combination... I’ve got to get on my rust fast or it’s going to be too ugly for the road... a foot of my driver rear cab corner diapered this winter! I’m thinking that navel jelly painted on might work? I love Evaporust but I can’t dip the truck in it??? LMFFAO! 😂👍😂

I was wrong about the years. I was thinking about a1-40 I think the 60 was 60-61 maybe 59. Again I think it to be an early model because the latter ones have the recoil on the left.
@timothybyrom55603 жыл бұрын
That one is early because the recoil is on the other side on the later ones.

Good day! I have a question and I would really appreciate if you could spend a couple of minutes to give me an answer based on your experience and knoledge, I own a 372XP (stock) and I would like to install a 24 inch bar with a full comp (no skip) chain saw chain, do you think such a set up is gonna be ok or should I fit a shorter bar? thank you in advance for your time and your suggestion
