man you can have your baretta a400s and all those fancy automatics but i love a side by side they are so cool so traditional i love my side by side its my favorite gun that is a beautiful gun

If as he says, it is still essentially the Classis with some cosmetic changes, it is worth it. Looks like they decided to run with the Classis IV level of wood, I expect that and the CCH will be the price difference. Whether or not they decide to compete with FAIR and a lower level of wood w/o CCH, to make it a bit more affordable, guess we'll wait and see. I've run one Classis 30" 12ga since 2014 on 3" 1425fps Kent's, #3 & BB 1-1/4oz, no issues, about a 1-1/2 to 2 cases a season on ducks and geese. I also have a 2015 28" 12ga ClassisIV, great to carry in the field, it has 2 boxes of clay loads thru it, rest have been the 3", maybe 4-5 cases now, it's been out hunting geese and ducks too. Shot them in rain, sleet and snow, no issues. I shot the 30" with the wood butt til 2 yrs ago, no issues with that, it was nicer to shoot than an SBE or an A300 for sure. I put a pad on it to lengthen it a tad and make it the same as the 28", but, even with the wood butt, I had a good number of days with 100+ shots with the 3", and no issues on the shoulder.

i do not understand the problem with the straight stock. I have straight stocks on a '93 Mauser and on a side by side double shotgun and do not even notice the difference whilst I be shooting.

There is a *huge* difference in control. swing, fit, and so forth.

Thank you for sharing this with us. The looks of the gun is pretty nice. But I don't know it will make place in the market whereas great over under from the same firm (company)is available even in reasonable Price. The video has been made in cloudy weather I could not see more clear.

Please suggest me either Sami auto or over under in 12 gauge only (all rounder) which after hard use I could hand over to my son and even my grandson in future. Thanks in adv

The gun is, by far, the cheapest part of hunting. I can look back at hunting and travel cost over the last 50 years and the cost of the shotgun is trivia.
