I also have similar problem . This 3D burner is a complete failure and their after sales service is expensive . One time i had to pay about 2000 Rs to change burner . And after a while the gas leakage still persists because its not full brass . Bottom part is made of alloy . Its not a quality product . Not worth the price !!!

For LPG gas you need to change the nozzles of the stove because in regular Sui gas. The nozzles has big hole for LPG need small hole nozzle

Actully the problem is with you. You dont know to place the burnner in correct position. Already you flame burnner while in wrong position, after that the burnner get bended. Thats the problem. Only solution is to change burnner and add new one and main thing is to learn how to arrange burnner in correct position 😂😂😂

We got Fabre hob as a gift,Within one month we had the same problem. When we call the service guy , he said where the gas comes from there was a blockage and had completely turned black. So we asked him why did this happen, he said because of over flown milk or something else. So we asked him this kind of case has not happened in haffle hob that we are using previously. He had no words. And later we asked to clean it if it happened again. He said u will have to call the service guys to do it , as there is no other way to clean it. So what kind of product is it. Where we can’t clean by ourself , so no cooking that day or till the service guy comes to clean it.
